AutoCrib EleVend securely dispenses large, bulky, or soft items including gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, Tyvek suits, aprons, and more. After logging in and requesting the desired item, the user can take as many of the item as needed. EleVend automatically calculates and records the total taken.

EleVend pushes the supply of product up from the bottom - via an "elevator." The system's laser beam measures the distance the elevator traveled, and calculates the amount of inventory dispensed.

Eliminate the need for special repackaging

Simply place gloves on top of each other (alternating left and right) in EleVend's deep vertical bins. EleVend eliminates the labor-intensive process of repackaging gloves for traditional helix/coil-based dispensing machines.

EleVend is powered by AutoCrib Software (client/server or web-based option). The system records the issue of each item, so usage can be tracked by employee, job, department, shift, and budget.

When inventory runs low, the system automatically notifies the suppliers to replenish the machine. The software features an Intelligent Dashboard with key metrics visible at a glance on one screen. Over 200 reports are pre-loaded.

How EleVend works

To pull or issue item(s):

1.  The user selects the type of transaction wanted - "Issue," for example - and then enters employee number, PIN (if required), and any overhead data.

2.  The user can scan the item desired from a product sheet using the handheld barcode reader, or use the keypad to select the bin number of the item he/she wishes to access.

3.  The lid automatically pops open for that bin, and the user can take as many of the items as needed. User closes the lid to end the transaction.

4.  The system pushes the supply of product up from the bottom, and measures the distance the elevator traveled. The amount of inventory taken is automatically calculated.

5.  The system records the issue of each item by employee, job, department, shift, and budget.

6.  When the reorder point is hit for each item, the item is automatically reordered from the supplier.
